Wolf Alice gig review – Newcastle O2 academy 13th November 2017
Wolf Alice are one of my favourite bands around today and seeing them live was something I had wanted to do since the release of My Love Is Cool in 2015 and in the summer when they announced a tour and I bought tickets for this gig I was very excited to say the least. As the lights went down and the gig began the crowd which had been pretty much stood still throughout the support acts immediately came to life and started moving around as soon as they heard the opening notes of heavenward and remained dancing and jumping around throughout every upbeat song such as Yuk Foo, You’re A Germ and Moaning Lisa Smile. The set list was every Wolf Alice fans dream, including energetic songs from both albums, euphoric sing along songs such as Don’t Delete the kisses and everything in between.
